Responsibilities
- Assist in training developing and motivating the service technicians and monitor their performance.
- Ensure proper repair techniques are being used.
- Schedule training as necessary to properly repair and service vehicles.
- Stay up to date on product changes and new products.
- Other duties may be assigned by management.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Companys Values in all interactions with customers co-workers and vendors.
Qualifications
- 7 years of shop foreman experience with Toyota required
- Toyota certifications required; ASE certifications strongly preferred
- Proficient with dealership systems and processes (CDK experience a plus)
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- High level of motivation and professionalism
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
