Were currently looking for a Purchasing Analyst 1 to join our team in Franklin TN.

This role will be responsible for coordinating with appropriate internal and external parties to support Purchasing Strategy Communications and Supplier Relations activities. These activities may include development of purchasing strategy initiatives such as commodity partner and supplier panel management as well as Purchasing Sustainability activities.

A Day in the Life:

  • Support development and implementation of Purchasing strategy projects communications and supplier relations activities including but not limited to procurement strategy initiatives internal and supplier event coordination partner and supplier panel management and department and executive meeting management.

  • Support all aspects of written Purchasing communications including but not limited to internal and supplier newsletter content creation and development of presentations and executive speech writing.

  • Support efforts to organize and manage supplier contact information sustainability reporting organizational analysis and reportingand as necessary perform other related analytical and/or clerical duties of which the above are representative.

Who Were Looking for:

  • Experience with purchasing processes. Strong initiative organization planning and time management skills. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time supporting NNA NCI NMEX or as assigned. Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills including presentation skills.

  • 1 years of experience at a professional level in related field (purchasing experience preferred).

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Accounting a related major or equivalent job training.

  • Extensive knowledge of SharePoint MS Excel (Pivot Tables V-Look Up) PowerPoint Qualtrics other PC applications and online / mainframe applications as necessary to produce non-standard creative products.

Travel:
Limited Travel.
