Assistant Patient Access Director
Location: Florida (Multiple Locations)

Pay Range: $135000 to $140000/year
Position Overview:
The Assistant Patient Access Director will play a key role in supporting and optimizing front-end patient operations. This position ensures efficient accurate registration and admission workflows while promoting service excellence and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily patient access operations including registration and insurance verification
Support initiatives related to process optimization quality and regulatory compliance
Manage staffing scheduling training and performance oversight
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve patient throughput
Assist with operational reporting analytics and budget support
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in patient access or related functions
Prior experience in an acute care hospital setting is required
No employment gaps exceeding 1 year
