A leading Florida-based acute care health system is seeking an Assistant CNO to support hospital nursing leadership across multiple service lines. Responsibilities:

Support the CNO in overseeing hospital nursing operations and patient care delivery.
Execute quality safety compliance and performance improvement initiatives.
Oversee staffing strategies resource utilization and regulatory readiness.
Mentor and develop nurse leaders and frontline staff to drive engagement and retention.
Ensure alignment with hospital policies standards of care and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications:

Active unrestricted RN license (Florida or compact).
Minimum 3 years of acute care nursing leadership experience.
ASN required; BSN strongly preferred.
No employment gaps exceeding 1 year.
