Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy as well as develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure feasibility while translating business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Prioritize features enhancements and bug fixes based on impact and effort and track progress to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
Lead agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning backlog grooming retrospectives) and participate in solution functional architecture discussions.
Effectively communicate product updates timelines and risks to technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications (Mandatory):

Completed technical degree (e.g. Master in ICT / Digital Transformation) and at least 1 year of professional experience in Product management Project management or Digital Transformation
Ability to work as a team player as well as independently and in a structured manner
Skills in SAFe Scrum and PMP are advantageous
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Language skills: English (C1) and German (at least B2)

Your annual gross target salary is at least EUR 46000 (all-in) for a Specialist position. Depending on qualifications and experience we will agree on your actual salary in a personal discussion. You have more to offer than the minimum So do we. Your salary will increase annually with us.
