Barista Coffee Extraordinaire First Texas Honda

First Texas Honda is looking for an outgoing multi-tasking coffee-making people-person to assist our Sales and Service customers as a Barista with a flexible schedule in our complimentary Continental Cafe! We are glad to be here every work day. Must enjoy drinking specialty coffee. Must be willing to cross-train as a Receptionist.

No experience is needed there is a lot of training involved and a passion for coffee will serve you well.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers with a smile as they enter

• Answer customer questions regarding ingredients/menu items

• Take orders while paying close attention to all details

• Prepare beverages following recipes

• Serve beverages and prepare food (cookies pastries muffins)

• Keep the coffee bar clean organized and stocked at all times

• Manage inventory of the coffee bar supplies and placing orders as needed

• Utilizing google chat ordering systems for employees

• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs

• Comply with health and safety regulations

• Provide excellent customer service

• Team player

• Have fun practicing latte art

• Coffee enthusiast preferred

• Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 1 year

• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

Schedule:

• This is a full-time position.

• Flexible schedule - hours ranging from Monday-Friday from 6:30am - 8:00pm Saturday 7:00am - 7:00pm Sunday 8:00am - 3:00pm.

Compensation:

• $20 an hour plus tips
