Job Summary
ACH/Cash Management Operations Specialist
The ACH/Cash Management Operations Specialist position providessupport and service for the cash management needs of business banking clients. The individual will also; ensure client retentioncustomer satisfaction and handle general accounts.
Other responsibilities include; performing a variety of duties to support the deposit operations function; coordinating work within the department as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information and assist the immediate supervisor with administrative tasks to support department operations.
Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum and preferably 3 yearsrelated experience. The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. (Range may be adjusted for applicants with significant experience.)
