• Abilitytolearnaboutproductsandservicesanddescribe/explainthemtopharmacistsanddoctors.
• Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
• Cool-temperedandabletohandlerejection.
• Outstandingnegotiationskillswiththeabilitytoresolveissuesandaddresscomplaints.
• HighschoolspecialisthealthcarediplomaBSc/BAwillbeaplus.

Responsibilities

• Deliversprofitabilityandrecognitionfortheorganizationbysellingandprovidingservicestocustomersutilizingorganizationtoolstechniquesandintellectualcapitaltoassistthehealthcareindustrybybetteringprocessesimplementingnewtechnologies;andaccruingnewtechnicalcapabilitiestomeetpharmaceuticalandmedicaldemands.
• Maximizessalesgrowthbyrelyingonacomprehensiveknowledgeofoneormoretherapeuticdisciplinesand/orspecialtyareastosecurerepeatbusinessandgaincustomerloyalty.
• Targetspromotesandsellsspecializedproductsorservices;identifiestargetcustomersandproducers;achievessalestargets;maintainsanup-to-dateunderstandingofproductsandclinicalefficacyproximitytospecialistmarkettrendsordevelopmentsandcustomersatisfaction.
• InlinewithCompanystrategyandobjectivesmaximizesalesgrowthwithininaspecifiedgeographicalterritoryortargetindustryrelyingondevelopingknowledgeofoneormoretherapeuticdisciplinesandorspecialtyareastosecurerepeatbusinessandgaincustomerloyalty.

• Withinaspecificgeographicalterritoryidentifytargetcustomersandphysicianprofilingwhilemaintainingandanalysingcustomerrecords.
• Conductsalesinterviewscarryoutpre-callplanningandpreparationanddevelopaself-analyticalapproachtoidentifylearningareasfromeachcall.
• Demonstrateagoodunderstandingoftheproduct(s)clinicalefficacyandbeabletostatethefeaturesandbenefitsofthecustomersproductsbasedonadevelopingunderstandingofthespecialtyareaortherapeuticdiscipline.
• Successfullymanageobjectionsandorissuesraisedescalatingmoresensitiveorcomplexqueries.
• Maintainrecordsinthereportingsystemswithintherequiredtimescales.
• Effectivelyutilizetherelevantsoftware()tomaintainrecordsupdatedandtoreportdailycalls.
• Coordinategroupeventsrelatedtospecialityareatooptimizebusinesswhilecomplyingwithrelevantcountrylegislation.

• Attendtrainingcoursesandorseminarstocontinuetodevelopanddeepenknowledgewithinspecialtyanddiseaseareasandreadrelevantpublicationsaspercustomerprofile.
• KeepallCompanyequipmentsafeandinagoodstateofrepair.
• Shareexperiencesideasandtechniquestoassistwiththesalestrainingofcolleagues.
• DiscussagreeanddocumentassignedactivityKeyPerformanceIndicatortoolsandtargetsasagreedwithLineManager.
• Successfullycompletecareerdevelopmentcoursesandadditionaltrainingasrequiredbythecustomer.
