Votre mission

• Rôle stratégique : Ce poste relève directement du Directeur Général et fait partie du Comité de direction du site (Site LT).
• Diriger lensemble des opérations de fabrication avec un focus sur la santé sécurité qualité bien-être et performance.
• Développer une culture de leadership humain favorisant lengagement et la responsabilisation des équipes.
• Piloter les initiatives Lean Six Sigma améliorer lOEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) et assurer une présence active sur le terrain (Gemba).
• Conduire des initiatives damélioration continue (CI) telles que 6S DMAIC pour optimiser les processus de fabrication.
• Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de réduction des coûts tout en maintenant les standards de qualité et de conformité.
• Communiquer clairement et inspirer les équipes pour favoriser ladhésion et la performance collective.

Profil recherché

• Leader opérationnel très senior avec 10 années dexpérience en fabrication dans un environnement hautement réglementé (GMP).
• Expérience dans les secteurs pharmaceutique alimentaire ou cosmétique est fortement souhaitée.
• Leadership inspirant orienté résultats avec une approche collaborative et humaine.
• Expertise en Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma amélioration continue et gestion de la performance.
• Forte orientation terrain (hands-on) et sens stratégique.
• Diplôme universitaire en sciences en ingénierie ou équivalent

Your Mission

• Strategic Role: This position reports directly to the General Manager and is part of the Site Leadership Team (LT).
• Lead all manufacturing operations with a focus on safety quality well-being and performance.
• Foster a culture of servant leadership engagement and accountability across teams.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and maintain a strong Gemba presence.
• Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives such as 6S and DMAIC to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
• Communicate clearly and inspire teams to drive alignment and high performance.

What Were Looking For

• A highly senior operations leader with 10 years of experience in manufacturing within a highly regulated GMP environment.
• Strong background in pharmaceutical food or cosmetic industries is highly desirable.
• Inspiring results-driven leader with a collaborative and people-focused approach.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma continuous improvement and performance management.
• Strong hands-on approach combined with strategic vision.
• Bachelors degree in Science Engineering or equivalent
