We are looking for an IT Commercial & Digital Veeva/Salesforce Architect to join our Global IT Commercial & Digital team. This role is responsible for designing implementing and optimizing Veeva and Salesforce-based solutions that support our Healthcare (Rx) Aesthetics (Ax) and Consumer (Cx) business functions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing CRM architectures using Veeva and Salesforce
• Supporting Commercial Sales Medical and Marketing teams with scalable solutions
• Ensuring seamless data flow across Veeva CRM Vault Align and Salesforce Clouds
• Driving platform enhancements automation and integrations
• Managing CRM integrations with enterprise systems (ERP MDM Data Cloud)
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal governance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align CRM capabilities with business goals
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship on CRM best practices

Key Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in CRM architecture and solution design ideally in the healthcare sector
• Deep expertise in Veeva CRM (Vault Align) and Salesforce (Sales Service Experience Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of CRM integrations and API management (Boomi MuleSoft REST/SOAP)
• Hands-on experience with CRM configuration and automation (e.g. Flow Apex Lightning)
• Solid understanding of data models MDM and HCP engagement
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance: GxP GDPR HIPAA
• Strategic thinking and ability to align CRM with business goals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English
