Were partnering with a fast-growing company in Miami thats seeking a Controller to help drive the business to its next stage of success.
This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for a Senior Accountant Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller ready to elevate into a strategic position. Youll work directly with ownership and the CFO helping shape financial strategy and build scalable systems for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely accurate financial reporting
- Collaborate with the CFO to support strategic initiatives and optimize financial performance
- Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
- Manage and execute month-end and year-end close processes
- Lead budgeting forecasting and annual planning cycles
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with all accounting and reporting requirements
- Supervise mentor and develop accounting team members
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 615 years of progressive accounting experience with advancement at each stage
- Strong ERP systems experience (NetSuite a plus)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Ability to work on-site in Miami Monday through Friday
