Salary: 90120k & Equity Options
Location: Remote-first (with meetups in London)

A high-growth mission-driven cybersecurity scale-up are looking for a Head of QA to elevate quality from a process to a culture embedding automation consistency and collaboration across all products and teams.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead the QA transformation strategy across web desktop and mobile security products

• Embed automation-first principles into the secure development lifecycle

• Build scalable frameworks and test architectures for complex multi-platform environments

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability visibility and release confidence

• Define and track key quality metrics including automation coverage defect escape rate and release stability

• Coach and scale a high-performing QA team while fostering a culture of shared quality ownership

• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering Product and Security teams

• Champion modern tooling continuous improvement and data-led decision-making to reduce risk and accelerate delivery

What You Bring

• Proven leadership in QA within high-growth or cybersecurity-focused environments

• Strong hands-on expertise in automation framework design CI/CD integration and test reliability

• Advanced programming experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python

• Experience leading QA across multi-platform stacks (web desktop mobile)

• Track record of mentoring and scaling QA teams while embedding a culture of ownership and accountability

• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance speed risk and user trust

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Familiarity with performance testing observability and modern QA tooling

• Passion for building secure seamless user experiences that earn customer confidence
