Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday
- Oversee all aspects of daily center operations including staff management enrollment and compliance.
- Recruit train and mentor teachers to maintain excellence in instruction and care.
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing standards and health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets payroll and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with families through open communication and engagement.
- Partner with leadership to meet enrollment goals and maintain high family satisfaction.
- Promote The Learning Experiences mission to provide a joyful safe and educational environment.
- Director I and II Certification (Massachusetts) required.
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Business or related field preferred.
- 2 years of preschool or childcare center management experience required.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of early childhood curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices.
