Were looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgical Associates team in Vail CO. This is a great opportunity to work with top providers enjoy a supportive environment and grow your nursing career in one of the most desirable locations in the country.

About the Role

As part of our Surgical Associates team youll play a key role in ensuring every patient receives safe personalized and compassionate care before during and after surgery. Youll collaborate closely with providers deliver patient education and help coordinate seamless high-quality care experiences.

What Youll Do

  • Manage daily patient flow to optimize care safety and satisfaction

  • Triage patient calls and requests with skill and empathy

  • Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery

  • Administer medications and assist in procedures

  • Coordinate care across Vail Health and partner practices

  • Work both independently and collaboratively to support team success

  • Provide excellent relationship-based care focused on communication advocacy and trust

What Youll Bring

  • Experience: At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience

  • License: Active RN license in Colorado or a compact state

  • Certification: BLS required

  • Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)

  • Skills: Excellent communication organization and critical thinking
