About the Role
As part of our Surgical Associates team youll play a key role in ensuring every patient receives safe personalized and compassionate care before during and after surgery. Youll collaborate closely with providers deliver patient education and help coordinate seamless high-quality care experiences.
What Youll Do
Manage daily patient flow to optimize care safety and satisfaction
Triage patient calls and requests with skill and empathy
Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery
Administer medications and assist in procedures
Coordinate care across Vail Health and partner practices
Work both independently and collaboratively to support team success
Provide excellent relationship-based care focused on communication advocacy and trust
What Youll Bring
Experience: At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
License: Active RN license in Colorado or a compact state
Certification: BLS required
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
Skills: Excellent communication organization and critical thinking
