Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer with a background in RPA development to join the Business Process Automation Center of this role you will be instrumental in driving digital transformation by automating complex business processes across departments. This role also involves leveraging the broader UiPath ecosystem including tools like Document Understanding and Communications Mining to build intelligent and scalable automations.

You will work closely with business analysts process owners and IT stakeholders to design robust solutions and deliver high-performing bots that align with organizational goals. Additionally you will contribute to best practices mentor citizen developers and help shape the automation roadmap.

Because this role involves access to confidential financial information the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments.



Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Design develop test and deploy RPA solutions using industry-standard tools. Follow best practices for RPA development including code reusability modularity and exception handling.

  • Utilize UiPath tools such as Document Understanding Communications Mining etc. where applicable.

  • Integrate bots with APIs databases and third-party systems.

  • Maintain and enhance existing automations ensuring reliability and scalability.

  • Mentor and support nearshore contractors by providing technical guidance conducting code reviews sharing best practices and ensuring adherence to development standards.

  • Facilitate the expansion of our citizen developer network through mentorship code reviews and sharing best practices.



Qualifications

Position Requirements

Formal Education

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems

Knowledge & Experience:

Required:

  • Hands-on experience with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism etc.). UiPath experience is preferred.

  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as C# Python or JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of process design documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • 1 years of experience in RPA development
  • Experience with OCR tools AI/ML integration or workflow orchestration.
  • Familiarity with APIs databases and web services integration.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with REFramework and best practices in exception handling and logging.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
