Job Description Summary
The Repair Center Intern will gain a progressive experience in meeting the daily service repair needs of the customers equipment and in driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence becoming more and more autonomous in his/her activities.
Job Description
Supervised responsibilities may include:
- Support the tutor in equipments refurbishment:
- Equipment registrations
- Diagnostics quotations and parts orders if necessary
- Equipment repair/check/preparation/refurbishment: removal of panel cleaning dust removal complete reassembly of the systems general test of functioning
- Check of out of order pre-owned loan demonstration or returned by customers equipment.
- Follow up and traceability of repair and intervention files
- Establishment of Intervention reports (RIT)
- Follow and apply to EHS rules and procedures existing within GEHC.
- Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual Quality Management System Quality Management Policy Quality Goals and applicable laws and regulations
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Quality Specific Goals:
- Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual Quality Management System Quality Management Policy Quality Goals and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
- Identify and report all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or similar field or ITS Diploma
- Fluent in Italian
- Good English knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner
- Change agent and process oriented
- Ability to show self-initiative & motivation
