The Land Assistant supports the land organization by scanning importing and indexing land business documents using Kofax Total Agility and ThoughtTrace. This role ensures accurate document management cross-references owner and property data in SAP PRA and other land systems and provides key extracts for litigation and business needs. The Land Assistant performs quality control participates in document integration projects and assists with troubleshooting and training. Strong communication skills attention to detail and proficiency with document management software are essential for success in this position.
