Position Summary:The Manager of CVICU & PCU will provide operational and clinical leadership for cardiovascular intensive and progressive care units ensuring exceptional patient care team collaboration and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations staffing and delivery of high-quality clinical care
Collaborate with cardiology surgical and nursing leadership teams
Ensure compliance with all regulatory safety and accreditation standards
Lead quality improvement and performance optimization initiatives
Implement evidence-based practices and support staff education and development
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 3 year of leadership experience in CVICU and/or PCU
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
