Housing job involves managing residential facilities supporting student residents and ensuring a safe comfortable living environment. Responsibilities include

1. Housing Coordinator / Facility Assistant

Coordinate maintenance and cleaning services
Respond to resident concerns and facility issues via email and phone
Communicate with vendors maintenance teams and campus services
Maintain and submit work orders
Conduct safety checks including monthly room inspections

2. Resident Support

Support Residence Life and foster a strong residential community
Enforce housing policies including facility damage rules and payment procedures
Plan and organize events for residents
Report maintenance and safety concerns

3. Housing Operations

Manage routine housing-related purchases
Prepare residential building meeting reports
Coordinate move-in/move-out procedures
Address complaints with prompt and effective responses

4. Other duties as assigned by line manager and clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

College degree preferred or equivalent training

Able to work on shifts (weekends & holidays)

Quick learner and willing to learn new things

Good understanding of FM regulations

Self-starter and result oriented

Good communication skill and strong team work

Good spoken and written English

Good command of MS Office (ppt exel work outlook)

Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

High engagement and commitment to work

Major in Administration Business English and Hotel Management is highly preferred
