• Perform trim carpentry including installation of baseboards crown molding shelving door hanging and cabinet hardware
  • Execute custom and organized work areas on residential job sites
  • Read and interpret construction plans and project specifications
  • Work collaboratively with other carpenters subcontractors and supervisors
  • Adhere to safety standards and company protocols
  • Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all client interactions
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
