Job Summary
As an Intern with the Chat Communication team at Rocket you will gain valuable hands-on experience during an exciting period of technological transformation. Youll support our team as we implement new systems and integrate AI solutions into our business operations. Youll have the opportunity to assist with project coordination contribute creative ideas and become an integral member of our team. This role offers you the chance to develop professional skills while making meaningful contributions to our AI-driven initiatives and system migration projects.
About the role
Support the Chat Communication teams transition to new systems and AI integration initiatives
Assist with project coordination for technology implementation and AI integration
Learn about our business by attending meetings huddles and trainings
Share creative ideas that will help improve our business
Deliver reports analyze metrics and summarize information to help drive our team forward
Assist in creating materials and/or presentations for meetings
Take notes during meetings and provide recaps
About you
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel PowerPoint and Word
Preferred Qualifications
Self-directed approach
Interest in AI-driven technology and project coordination
Previous internship or relevant project experience
Currently pursuing a degree in business technology or related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
