Job Description:
Overall Purpose: Responsible for supporting processes related to sourcing attracting and securing top-tier candidates to meet staffing needs and organizational objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Supporting full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing interviewing and onboarding for domestic and/or international roles.
Offer Management: Extending job offers negotiating terms and ensuring candidates are well-informed about the offer details. Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure new employees have a seamless onboarding experience.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal policies and preparing necessary reports for management.
Other Duties as Assigned: Supporting processes related to employer branding and marketing Management or Non-Management (union bargaining) full cycle support understanding hiring needs maintaining recruitment metrics data analysis building talent pipelines providing consultation training & mentoring and/or event management.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional recognized as an expert creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff implements long-term plans impacting the organization and frequently collaborates with senior leadership. Supervisor: No
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 5 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
