Job Summary

$27-$30p/h

Applicants need:

Current Duty Managers certificate
Own reliable transport
Tofollow instructions well and work safely as part of a team
To be fit and capable of heavy lifting and labouring when necessary as well as being able to stay on your feet for an extended period

Duties include:

Customer service - food & beverage serving
Oversee bar operations and ensure responsible service of alcohol (ID checks no minors monitor intoxication)
Work with security and event staff to manage any issues or intoxicated patrons safely
Ensure all licence signage and compliance requirements are met
Promote host responsibility - offer food water and low/non-alcohol options
Maintain a safe well-managed service environment
Support smooth daily operations - stock checks shift handovers and end-of-day procedures
