About the Role
As Service Manager youll guide a passionate multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality recovery-focused support to residents at our Bunbury SUSD site a warm therapeutic home-away-from-home delivered in partnership with Cyrenian House.
Youll bring together people processes and purpose ensuring services are safe innovative and person-led. Youll nurture a positive culture strengthen partnerships and empower your team to achieve outstanding outcomes for consumers and the community.

About the Service
Nestled in the beautiful Southwest region Bunbury Step-Up Step-Down is a 10-bed residential service supporting people experiencing mental distress to regain balance confidence and wellbeing. Residents stay for up to 28 days in a supportive recovery-focused environment one where theyre recognised as the experts in their own experience and we walk alongside them on their journey.
