About the Role
This is a crucial role where you will coordinate the hospitals entire quality framework ensuring every clinical and non-clinical service operates at the highest level of compliance and best practice. Reporting to the Executive Manager you will be the driving force behind our policy lifecycle and audit program ensuring we meet our obligations under the National Safety & Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and other essential regulatory requirements.

About You
To be successful in this role you must be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a strong clinical background and auditing expertise.
Essential Requirements:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Proven knowledge and experience with NSQHSS auditing obligations.
Experience in developing and maintaining a hospital-wide auditing program including the use of comprehensive clinical auditing tools.
Demonstrated experience in the development implementation and evaluation of policies in a healthcare environment.
Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong computer literacy proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and electronic document management systems.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
You will be required to have or able to obtain:
Verification of eligibility to work in Australia.
Provision of the minimum identify proofing requirements.
Successful Police check clearance.
Working with Children (WWC) check.
Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (APHRA).
Successful Pre-employment Health Assessment.
