As we expand across Southeast Asia we are looking for a highly motivated Mandarin Speaker to join our Thailand team.
Role Overview
This is a generalist position working directly under the COO. You will serve as a bridge across departments ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the company. You will also act as a company representative in meetings discussions and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the COO in daily operations cross-department coordination and special projects.
- Serve as a communication bridge between Mandarin-speaking teams/partners and local/regional teams.
- Assist in preparing reports meeting notes and translating documents (Mandarin English).
- Represent the company in meetings both internally and externally.
- Provide ad-hoc support across different departments (HR Finance Operations Marketing etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company matters.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) and English. Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to support a wide range of tasks.
- Prior experience in cross-departmental coordination or supporting C-level executives is a plus.
- As our company is rapidly growing and preparing to open a new branch in Thailand this position will be based on-site once the office is ready.
