Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Operational Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure our teams perform at their this role you will streamline processes coordinate cross-functional projects and drive efficiency to support our companys growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple departments.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure teams deliver on performance targets.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with Finance HR Marketing and other departments for smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Lead mentor and motivate operational staff to achieve company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or related field.
- 5 years of experience in operations project management or business management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
- Comfortable working with data KPIs and reporting tools.
- Experience in platform / digital agency is an advantages.
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese Speaking is required
