Do you enjoy building relationships growing communities and helping people get more value from a platform Were looking for a Sales to join our team and help us grow engage and retain our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach and close new collaboration with potential partners to drive growth engagement and mutual goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with key members.
- Run onboarding education and engagement activities for new members.
- Act as the voice of members internally collect feedback and pass to Product/Marketing
- Organize community events webinars or campaigns.
- Handle the end-to-end process of paid projects: planning sending proposals monitoring execution and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field
- Previous experience in Partnerships / Business Development / Community Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with both online (social media community groups) and offline (events meetups) engagement.
- Data-driven mindset; able to track engagement and suggest improvements.
- Creative proactive and passionate about community building.
