Job Overview:
As a Customer Support / Technical Support Agent you will be the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers providing outstanding service and technical assistance. Your expertise will help resolve issues answer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via email phone and chat in Italian.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely solutions.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and manage support tickets effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and address feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing development programs.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian (C2 level) and English (B2-C1 level).
- Previous experience in customer service technical support or related fields is preferred.
- Junior candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience are welcome.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
