We are seeking a professional Client Relationship Advisor to join a client-facing team supporting corporate and individual clients with advisory portfolio follow-up and relationship management. The role focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships delivering clear guidance on client solutions and supporting growth of an advisory portfolio in a professional services context.
This position suits a collaborative customer-oriented advisor who is organised comfortable running client meetings and presentations and experienced in managing client portfolios or accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate and individual clients ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries coordinating internally to deliver timely and accurate responses.
- Prepare and present client proposals advice notes and solution summaries.
- Lead informational sessions and workshops for client groups and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up on client actions and commitments.
- Monitor client accounts and performance indicators escalating risks or opportunities to management.
- Support commercial outreach and prospecting activities to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with colleagues across technical service and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in client advisory account management or portfolio servicing (e.g. professional services financial services benefits administration or consulting).
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Organised detail-oriented and capable of managing competing priorities.
- Comfort leading meetings and delivering group presentations.
- Proactive solution-driven and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in French (C1) and professional level of English required; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelors or equivalent) or equivalent experience.
