Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage aviation projects from concept through to completion ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Develop detailed design and construction drawings using Revit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clients consultants and contractors to deliver high-quality aviation facilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and best practices in aviation design.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative solutions into projects.

Requirements:

• ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in aviation projects including airport terminals hangars and related facilities.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Strong design and technical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with experience in client-facing roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of current aviation industry standards and regulations.
