Job Summary

SPARK Living stands for exceptional temporary living combining hospitality-level service with iconic architecture.

As a Sales Consultant at SPARK Living you will advise discerning international guests companies and partners seeking short-term premium stays in our Sky Villas and Residences. You will develop a network of brokers globally and manage the relationship with them.

Your goal: to turn prospects into loyal guests with empathy style and precision.

Aufgaben

  • Advising individual clients companies and relocation partners on Short-Stay and Corporate Living products
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from inquiry and proposal to final booking
  • Developing and managing a network of brokers in key markets globally
  • Creating and presenting tailored stay and service packages
  • Maintaining booking systems and CRM (HubSpot / Supabase)
  • Collaborating closely with Operations Guest Relations and Marketing
  • Building long-term client relationships with a focus on repeat bookings
  • Monitoring market developments and trends in the field of Short-Term Living & Hospitality

Qualifikation

  • Completed education or degree in Hospitality Real Estate Sales or Hospitality Management
  • 37 years of experience in sales of serviced apartments hotels residences or lifestyle products
  • Confident and service-oriented demeanor with strong communication and sales skills
  • Affinity for architecture design and international guests
  • Excellent English skills German skills and additional languages are a plus
  • Structured detail-oriented work approach and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction
