Cutover Hypercare Expert Support (IT) (mfd)

We are looking for an experienced Cutover and Hypercare Expert to support the Adopt Enablement phase within the Lean Digital Core (LDC) program. The role is accountable for ensuring a seamless transition from current systems to the new LDC environment by managing all cutover and hypercare activities across global deployments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams technical leads and senior stakeholders to plan coordinate and execute critical transition phases that minimize risk and maximize business continuity. The position reports directly to the Adopt ERP Lead.

Tasks

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define cutover and hypercare approaches objectives scope and success criteria scaling for future mass deployments within LDC.

• Develop and manage comprehensive cutover and hypercare plans including activities dependencies and timelines.

• Identify and assess risks developing mitigation strategies to minimize business disruption during transitions.

• Coordinate with global and local LDC teams to ensure alignment between cutover activities and program milestones.

• Oversee technical integration activities ensuring coordination between solution teams system integrators and vendors.

• Identify dependencies between components modules and interfaces to plan and sequence cutover activities effectively.

• Define and obtain approval for cutover and hypercare strategies considering downtime data migration and business continuity.

• Monitor and control cutover and hypercare execution resolving issues and bottlenecks promptly.

• Lead post-cutover reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement scalability and automation for future rollouts.

• Ensure consistent effective communication with stakeholders through clear status updates impact assessments and progress reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in global cross-functional ERP project management and Adopt Cutover leadership.

• Strong senior stakeholder management capabilities across multiple business functions.

• Broad cross-functional expertise and demonstrated leadership within international and matrix-based organizations.

• Experience in people management and leading large virtual global teams.

• Excellent communication coordination and negotiation skills with solid SAP business process understanding.

• ERP project implementation background with hands-on experience managing complex transition phases.

• Strategic and hands-on working style including progress tracking issue management and meeting facilitation.

• Proficiency with JIRA preferred.

• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
