Job Summary
Were looking for more than just a financial analyst with 23 years of experience. We want someone who genuinely enjoys numbers structure and bringing order to chaos. Youll have real hands-on impact here not just prepare report #X.
Tasks
- Dive deep into company numbers to see the bigger picture build budgets reports and forecasts.
- Work Excel and Google Sheets like a pro: formulas pivot tables macros large data sets youve got it covered.
- Streamline and improve existing processes not just do as its always been done but actually make things better.
- Build financial models to evaluate investments ROI and perform plan-vs-actual analysis.
- Prepare management reports for leadership and help non-financial colleagues understand whats behind the numbers.
- Turn your findings into clear presentations and visuals that make sense to everyone.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets.
- You can bring structure to messy data and unorganized processes.
- Hands-on experience with financial modeling and data visualization.
- Comfortable communicating in English (Russian is also fine within the team).
- You can explain complex ideas in simple clear language
- Nice to have Understanding of IFRS and corporate reporting Skills with Power BI SQL or process automation Experience implementing process improvements that actually stick.
