Job Title: Business System Analyst
Location: Dallas TX Hybrid Contract
Experience Level:5-7 Years ( Independent Candidate)
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs gather requirements and help design effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and experience in documenting business processes and translating them into functional specifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business users to understand their goals and requirements.
- Gather analyze and document business and system requirements.
- Prepare business process flow diagrams functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Assist in creating test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify process improvements and suggest system enhancements.
- Support project planning status reporting and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field.
- 4 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques.
- Good knowledge of tools like Jira Confluence Excel or Visio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
