We are seeking a highly experienced Java Backend Lead to lead the design and development of scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java-based architectures microservices and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
Lead architectural discussions design reviews and code reviews
Collaborate with frontend teams using ReactJS for seamless integration
Define and maintain coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team

Required Skills:

10 years of total experience in software development
Minimum 1 years of experience in a Java Lead role
Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and Microservices
Experience with RESTful APIs Cloud platforms and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Working knowledge of ReactJS is a plus

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
