Job Summary

We are looking for a Bahmni Implementation Consultant to support the setup configuration and rollout of Bahmni EMR/HIS in healthcare facilities. The role involves working closely with hospital staff gathering requirements configuring workflows and ensuring smooth adoption of the system.

Key Responsibilities

Install configure and customize Bahmni modules (OpenMRS OpenELIS Odoo/ERPNext).
Gather requirements from doctors nurses and hospital administrators.
Configure patient registration clinical workflows lab tests pharmacy and billing modules.
Support data migration user training and go-live activities.
Troubleshoot technical and functional issues during and after implementation.
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations upgrades and support.
Prepare documentation and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements

Experience with Bahmni OpenMRS or similar hospital information systems.
Hands-on knowledge of Linux PostgreSQL/MySQL Tomcat/Ansible preferred.
Understanding of hospital workflows (registration OPD/IPD lab pharmacy billing).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to train end-uses (medical and non-medical staff).
5 years of experience in healthcare IT / HIS implementation.

Nice to Have

Experience with Odoo/ERPNext for billing & inventory.
Exposure to OpenELIS (lab system).
Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes/cloud deployments.
