Job Summary

11 BDC14A Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative you will support the service delivery or product teams in managing resources projects and budgets to align with the objectives of the business and clients. A typical day may involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met analyzing project performance metrics and facilitating discussions to address any challenges that arise. You will also engage in developing and executing demand management processes providing training on project management standards and creating models that enhance decision-making within the organization. Job SummaryThe person will be working on cost/recovery management budgeting forecasting and reporting activities for Technology OperationsThe role involves liaising with both Local and Global Responsibilities / Role RequirementsThe individual will be responsible for - Connectivity billing and related clarifications- Spend validation as per commercial affordability/forecast- Vendor invoices and payments - Month end accruals- Monitor client outstanding charges and timely coordination with the stakeholders to ensure full recoverability- Handling effort chargeability- Monitoring and reporting spend against budget- Support financial planning and rolling forecasts- Ad-hoc analysis and reports as requiredKnowledge & Skillset- Fair knowledge on capitalization and general accounting standards- Should possess very good analytical skills- Ability to work across teams - Locally and globally- Well versed with MS Excel/PowerPoint- Should have excellent communication skillsFinancial Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
