Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be highly organized resourceful and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities: -
Draft review and proofread legal documents correspondence and filings.

Conduct legal research and assist attorneys in case preparation.

Maintain and organize case files ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.

Schedule meetings court dates and maintain attorneys calendars.

Communicate professionally with clients courts and other legal professionals.

Assist with document management data entry and administrative support tasks.
-
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with firm and legal standards.
Qualifications: -
Strong skills in legal document drafting and legal research.

Experience in case management and calendar scheduling.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in legal software (e.g. Clio MyCase LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office applications.

Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies Legal Studies or a related field preferred.

Paralegal certification is a plus.

Prior experience in a law firm or legal department is highly desirable.
