Job Summary

InfraHire is looking for a Associate Attorney in Virginia Beach VA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate and trust planning estate and trust administration and civil litigation. Experience in real estate title or business law is highly desirable. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys manage client relationships and gain valuable hands-on experience in diverse practice areas.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in estate and trust matters litigation and related legal proceedings.
Draft review and analyze legal documents including contracts pleadings and agreements.
Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned counsel to clients and senior attorneys.
Manage client files deadlines and case strategy with exceptional attention to detail.
Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
Participate in business development and maintain strong professional relationships.

Qualifications

Admitted and in good standing to practice law in Virginia (required); admission in additional jurisdictions is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in estate and trust planning administration and civil litigation.
Strong knowledge of real estate title or business law preferred.
Excellent legal writing research and analytical skills.
Outstanding communication organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in legal technology and document management systems.
Commitment to high ethical standards and professional growth.
