Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Field Engineer located in Roanoke VA. The Technical Field Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for our products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting field service operations performing installations repairs maintenance and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their technical needs on-site. The role also involves effective communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
Field Service and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are beneficial
Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology or a related field is preferred
