Key Responsibilities:

As a Litigation Attorney you will independently manage a caseload from inception through settlement or trial. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a high-volume docket of personal injury cases throughout all litigation phases
Conducting thorough investigations to determine liability and damages
Drafting and filing legal documents motions and discovery responses
Handling law and motion matters including opposing MSJ (Motion for Summary Judgment)
Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers
Providing consistent compassionate communication and service to clients
Serving as First Chair in civil jury trials

What Were Looking For:

Licensed attorney in good standing authorized to practice law in California
Personal injury experience preferred though strong litigators from other practice areas are encouraged to apply
Deep knowledge of California state laws litigation procedures and legal principles
Exceptional research analytical and writing skills
Strong verbal communication and negotiation ability
Proven experience managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines
Team player with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
