Job Summary
Aftercare and Community Development Manager
Were seeking a compassionate hands-on leader to manage our clients Aftercare Centre and coordinate community and wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children building relationships and driving positive change.

Requirements:
Teaching qualification and 10 years teaching experience
Experience in community upliftment
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Available MondayFriday 08h0017h00 with flexibility for extra hours
Strong communication crisis management and leadership skills
Code 8 drivers licence with PDP and own transport
Preference given to affirmative action candidates
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee aftercare operations staff and learners
Support learners with academics activities and personal growth
Manage budgets and maintain strong parentschool communication
Coordinate outreach donations and community events
