Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Junior Assistant Front of House Manager to join a prestigious luxury hotel located in the Constantia area. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional eager to develop their management skills within a refined and guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Front of House Manager in overseeing daily front office operations.
Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and a consistently high level of service.
Assist with staff supervision training and scheduling.
Handle guest queries feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
Oversee check-ins check-outs and billing procedures with accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a front-of-house or guest relations role within a luxury hotel environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
A proactive professional and guest-focused attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
Familiarity with hotel property management systems will be advantageous.
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience.
