Cleaning Supervisor Mon-Fri 4AM-8AM EC2Y 15 per hour
JPC By Samsic is looking for an early morning cleaning supervisor to oversee the team of morning cleaners. This role will require the ability to lead and manage a team efficiently taking appropriate decisions and ensuring the team meets cleaning goals. Successful candidates should have prior experience in a similar role with emphasis on management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of janitorial staff providing guidance and support as required.
- Inspect work regularly ensuring adherence to company standards for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Organise the necessary staff training and development initiatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Resolve any cleaning-related issues that arise taking necessary steps to rectify them.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring regular checks are completed and requesting for replenishments in a timely manner.
Qualifications:.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the cleaning industry ideally within a commercial environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Understanding of cleaning techniques and health and safety regulations for commercial premises.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
