Job Summary

Were seeking a dynamic and results-driven Immigration Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced mission-driven environment and understands the unique challenges and opportunities in immigration services.

What you will do

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive client growth across individual and corporate immigration services
Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants and intake specialists
Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to align messaging and service offerings
Track KPIs conversion rates and client satisfaction metrics
Maintain deep knowledge of immigration products services and legal processes

What were looking for

At least 4 years of proven immigration sales experience
You have experience handling and coordinating client matters and communications
You have strong communication skills - both verbal and written and the ability to work well cross-functionally
You have strong client support coordination and task management experience
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Must have a quiet home office with a computer and a reliable internet connection
