The Learning Experience Wilmington
Competitive Pay: $19.00 $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday Friday -No Weekends
- Lead guide and support your classroom team to provide a safe and loving space for infants.
- Implement our award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum fostering curiosity and early developmental growth.
- Build strong connections with familiessharing daily updates milestones and meaningful moments.
- Partner with center leadership to ensure a high-quality learning experience and a supportive workplace culture.
- Serve as a role model inspiring a lifelong love of learning through play care and creativity.
- At least 6 months of professional teaching experience (1 year preferred).
- High school diploma/GED required; Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Familiarity with developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Must meet Massachusetts state licensing requirements for an infant teacher.
