Job Summary
| Looking for highly motivated and inquisitive Business Systems Analyst to join our AI and Automation Team focused on driving transformation within Business Processing Services. This pivotal role requires an individual with a passion for understanding challenges and leveraging advanced technology- especially artificial intelligence to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and create business value Key Responsibilities: • Engage with stakeholders across functional and domain areas to elicit analyse and document business requirements • Translate functional and domain requirements into precise system requirements and technical specifications for AI and Automation solutions • Collaborate with the AI and Automation engineering team to ensure requirements are clearly understood feasible and aligned business objectives • Support the design development and implementation of AI driven transformation solutions in business process environments • Facilitate communication between technical and non technical teams ensuring understanding and alignment throughout the project lifecycle • Participate in testing validation and deployment activities to confirm solutions meet business needs and quality standards • Continuously research emerging AI technologies and automation trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement Key Focus Areas: • Curiosity & Analytical Thinking: Demonstrate a high degree of curiosity and a drive to dig deep into business processes challenges and opportunities • Requirement Mapping: Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear actionable system requirements • Communication: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills facilitating effective dialogue between business and technical stakeholders • Technology Fluency: Possess a fair gasp of basic technology constructs enabling effective mapping between business needs and system capabilities • AI exposure: Proven exposure to AI concepts and technologies; experience in delivering AI based solutions is highly desirable Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information systems Business Administration or a related field advanced degree preferred • 3 years of experience as a Business Systems analyst preferable within business processing automation or AI solution environments • Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into system specifications for technology driven projects • Exposure to AI technologies (machine learning natural language processing automation platforms) is required • Experience driven AI based transformation solutions is a strong plus • Proficiency with requirements management tools project management methodologies and productivity software • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work independently and as a part of cross functional team in a fast paced transformative environment |
