Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and proactive HR Intern to support our recruitment processes. The ideal candidate is an MBA graduate with strong communication skills previous internship experience in HR or recruitment and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various job portals and social media channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.
- Assist in scheduling and conducting initial telephonic interviews.
- Support HR team in onboarding and other HR activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Desired Skills & Qualities:
- MBA degree with focus on HR or related specialization.
- Previous internship experience (2-3 internships preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident proactive and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team.
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri LinkedIn Indeed etc.) and screening tools.
- Willing to work in office and support HR team actively.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and latest trends.
