Job Description & Summary:

The SQL Data Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing SQL databases in different to ensure they meet the organizations performance availability and security requirements. This role involves working closely with development teams IT operations and other stakeholders to maintain database systems and support business goals

Responsibilities:

• Database administration using SQL Server AWS RDBMS Deploy and administer Amazon RDS instances ensuring high availability backup and disaster recovery. Develop and optimize NoSQL solutions using AWS DynamoDB for high-throughput applications. Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies. Automate database operations using AWS tools and scripting. Ensure data security compliance and access control across all environments. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to support application data needs. Participate in gathering and analyzing user requirements to inform application design. Support the identification and fixing of bugs and issues

Mandatory skill sets:

Experience on SQL Server installation and configuration Manage Azure SQL and AWS RDBMS Dynamo DB installation & configuration Experience with standard SQL queries Identify and resolve database issues promptly to minimize impact on business operations. Provide technical support and experienced to resolve complex database-related problems Knowledge in front-end technologies and frameworks. Knowledge in back-end technologies and databases. Implement security measures to protect database integrity and confidentiality including encryption auditing and access controls Ensure databases comply with organizational policies and industry regulations. Document database configurations processes and procedures for reference and training purposes. Maintain comprehensive records of database environments and updates
